Replaces all your old power adapters in a heartbeat. Support is great. When an firmware update failed the Team instantly replied with the solution. Very much recommend!

I use it with a PPS power bank to charge my Elecraft KX2 when traveling. (15v 5.2mm barrel connector)

All good. Worked as advertised.

They appear to have issues with the casings on the DIY lever terminals splitting in shipping somehow, but it does not seem to affect the functionality at least. Otherwise an excellent versatile adapter for VFLEX, it just works.

Would have liked some dedicated Sticky labels to remind of settings, but I can manage by cropping sticky labels to size. Very minor problem - really like your solutions - highly recommended

Works as advertised. Has come in handy to power devices with lost or damaged power supplies. Also easier to carry the VFlex Kit versus multiple power supplies, when traveling.

Ingenious product, would thoroughly recommend. Has reduced a whole cabinet of chargers down to one small box!

Power supply scan function is invaluable for miscellaneous chargers or those that have have their product info rubbed off.

Had a small issue with one of the DIY adapters not closing properly, contacted support and they sent me a replacement without any fuss.

I use this as a programmable power supply for electronics at my desk for key voltages from 3.3V to 20V.

Great as a power source but also amazing to finally know what each of my USB power supplies is capable of providing using their tools.

A great and useful product!

What an amazing product! I started with 4 of the VFLEX base units and 4 adapters. I just ordered another 4 of each and will be coming back for more. I literally just tossed about 20 lbs of AC adapters to replace with these adapters.

Some tips to make life easier: While these adapters can allow you to power almost anything that uses an AC adapter, there are some limitations of many USB chargers (not the VFLEX!) that you should be aware of. One behavior of many USB chargers is that when you plug in additional devices the USB charger will redistribute power among the ports resulting in power being momentarily cut off. This is not a problem if you are powering something like a laptop because the laptop battery simply takes over during that brief outage and you will likely never even notice it. But if you are powering something like a Mini PC, it will lose power. There are three ways to resolve this:

1) Simply don't plug in additional devices.

2) Use a single port adapter for that device so that power redistribution is not an issue.

3) Best Method: Anker has a 3 port USB charger that has an accompanying Android / iOS app that will allow you to assign specific wattage capabilities to each port. By doing that it won't redistribute power when you plug in additional devices. This is a 160W charger, model number A2687.

Use the VFLEX as a cable tester: A very cool and unique feature is the ability to put the VFLEX in discovery mode where you plug it into a USB charger, then back into your computer, Android, or iOS device and it will tell you all the capabilities of that charger. But I made a mistake that led to a discovery: I used the VFLEX to see what capabilities a 140W charger has. But the VFLEX report told me that the charger was only capable of 60W. It was then that I realized that I was doing the test with a USB cable that can only support 60W which limited the charger to outputting no more than 60W. So, you can use a high-power USB charger and plug in a cable. If the report comes back showing less power than the charger can output, you know that you have a cable that does not support the full power of the charger. In my example, I knew then that I was using a cable limited to 60W.

As I noted, I'm replacing a huge pile of AC adapters with these. I've been using them for several weeks now with everything from laptops to mini PCs to external hard disks and a lot more. They have been stone cold reliable with zero glitches ever.

These VFLEX adapters are so superior to any other PD trigger cable that you can purchase. They have a LOT more capabilities, are super compact and light weight (great for us road warriors!) and best of all they are an exceptionally great deal at their very reasonable prices so you may want to stock up like I am doing. The fact that they have an app for Android or iOS device or even from your PC with a web page is just icing on the cake. So many devices have no way to control them from Windows so the effort put into the software is highly appreciated! My only wish is that a Windows app might one day be available so that I can use this offline when I don't have Internet access from my Windows PC.

One more thing: Even the app for this device is genius. It has the ability to allow you to catalog all your devices so you will always know details like what voltage a specific device needs and more. If you select a device in the app, it will tell you what voltage that device needs and what your current VFLEX settings are. If they are different it will offer to set the VFLEX to work with that device. Pure genius.

Look, I'm a gadget nut. I test a LOT of devices, but this one is one of my all-time favorites because it is so darn useful, works flawlessly and makes my life easier.

Get this! You will not regret it.
